“Our 1 1/2 year old MC cat had a femoral head ostectomy due to Legg-Perthes disease. After appearing to do well initially, she stopped moving around so much and wasn’t herself. The vet recommended hydrotherapy. Our huge issue was finding someone to work with cats. We called several places: some said that cats wouldn’t tolerate it; others never got back to us; one place was rude and dismissive. From the start AJ asked lots of questions and was genuinely interested in her journey. She was gentle, calm and kind with her and she responded really well both on the treadmill and during physiotherapy afterwards using laser and / or a pulse mat. Sessions initially were weekly - our work schedules were worked around and AJ couldn’t have been more accommodating. Our cat developed more strength and stability and the vet was thrilled with how well she improved. She became her loving and playful self again chasing round after her ball. Amazing service.”
